Pick up from your Nairobi hotel/ accommodation or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Depart southward via the Nairobi–Mombasa highway, driving through the scenic Maasai plains with distant views of hills and traditional homesteads.

Arrive at Amboseli National Park around midday.
12:30 p.m. | Arrival and Lunch
Check in at your designated accomodation. Enjoy your lunch followed by a short rest as you take in views of the surrounding plains.
03:30 p.m. – 06:30 p.m. | Afternoon Game Drive
Head out for your first game drive in Amboseli. The park is renowned for its massive elephant herds, many with impressive tusks. You may also spot lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and various antelope species.
The swamp areas attract wildlife year-round, making sightings frequent and rewarding. As the day ends, Mount Kilimanjaro may emerge from the clouds, providing a stunning photographic backdrop.

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day exploration of Amboseli National Park. Spend the day traversing open plains, swampy marshlands, and acacia woodlands in search of elephants, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, buffalo, and abundant birdlife.
Amboseli’s observation hill offers panoramic views across the park, swamps, and distant Mount Kilimanjaro. The wetlands attract hippos and a variety of water birds, making it a rewarding stop for photography enthusiasts.
A picnic lunch is enjoyed within the park, allowing uninterrupted wildlife viewing throughout the day.
