Itinerary

Day 1 :
Arrival

Bright and early, your adventure begins in Nairobi as you depart for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. This haven for wildlife thrives in relative peace, offering a glimpse into one of the planet's last remaining untamed ecosystems.
Arrive at the Masai Mara in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive, your first opportunity to witness the incredible wildlife that this reserve protects. Look out for zebras, wildebeest, predators, and a multitude of fascinating creatures.

Fuel up for an exciting day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full-day game drive within the Masai Mara National Reserve. Packed lunches ensure you can maximize your time exploring the vast plains.
The Masai Mara is renowned for offering the possibility of encountering all members of the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard) during a single morning game drive. Keep your eyes peeled for the park's iconic black-manned lions and even the occasional cheetah seeking refuge from the heat under vehicles. With over 500 recorded bird species, the reserve is a paradise for birdwatchers as well.
Consider adding an optional hot air balloon safari for a breathtaking aerial perspective of the Masai Mara's stunning landscapes.

Commence your journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park with an early morning game drive in the Masai Mara, offering the chance for additional wildlife sightings. After completing border procedures, proceed to Tanzania's world-famous Serengeti.
While the drive itself may be lengthy, it presents captivating game viewing opportunities within and outside the parks. Enjoy a delicious meal and overnight stay at your comfortable camp upon arrival.
A day dedicated to exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti awaits. As you ascend a slope, witness the breathtaking panorama unfold before you, justifying the park's name, "endless plains" in Swahili.

Encompassing over 18,000 square kilometers, the Serengeti provides sanctuary to approximately 2 million large mammals, including countless zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest. Predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas stalk these vast plains, following the migratory patterns of their prey. The rich habitat is also home to diverse smaller animals like rock hyraxes, honey badgers, and a multitude of birdlife.
Enjoy a customizable game drive in the late afternoon, tailored to your interests, before returning to your camp for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Rise early for a pre-breakfast game drive, capitalizing on the opportunity to witness the African savannah come alive at sunrise and observe animals in their natural habitat. Return to camp for brunch, rejuvenated for the day's adventure.
In the afternoon, embark on a journey to Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the Eighth Wonder of the World. This magnificent caldera boasts a crater floor exceeding 100 square miles, enclosed by walls reaching 2,000 feet in height. The crater's diverse habitat shelters a variety of East African wildlife, including the endangered black rhinoceros. The volcanic soil fosters lush vegetation, nourishing enormous bull elephants with impressive tusks.
Consider adding an optional afternoon walking safari across the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands.

Day 6 :
Depature

Descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater early in the morning for a final wildlife encounter on the crater floor. After your game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch at the picturesque Hippo Lake. A short game drive follows lunch before ascending the crater rim and departing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for Arusha. Expect to arrive in Arusha by around 5 pm, concluding your unforgettable East African adventure
