Tour and Safari Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Below is our cancellation policy for tours and safaris:

  1. Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
30-59 days before departure: 25% of the total booking cost will be charged.
15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
7-14 days before departure: 75% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
  1. Cancellation by the Company

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political instability, or insufficient participants), we will:

Offer a full refund or
Provide an alternative tour of equal value (if available)
  1. Refund Processing

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days. Processing fees may apply based on the payment method used.

  1. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule their tour at least 14 days before the departure date, subject to availability.
    A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the notice period.
  2. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). However, we will offer a credit voucher valid for future travel.

  1. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
